Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate missing man Melton South man Kim.
The 36-year-old was last seen about 2pm on Hunts Cross Way in Caroline Springs on 28 June.
Kim is described as being approximately 152cm tall with short black hair.
He was last seen wearing a dark blue hoodie with multi-coloured stripes and tan pants.
Police and family have concerns for his welfare due to a medical condition.
Investigators have released an image of Kim in the hope someone may know of his current whereabouts.
