Police are appealing for public assistance to locate missing Footscray man Leopold.
The 57-year-old was last seen by his carer at a shopping centre on Victoria Steet in Richmond about 4.30pm yesterday.
There are concerns for Leopold’s welfare as he requires 24-hour care.
Leopold is known to enjoy travelling on public transport however is not able to return home on his own.
He is known to frequent the Footscray, Richmond, Rye and Watsonia areas.
Police have released an image of Leopold in the hope that someone can provide information on his current whereabouts.
Leopold is described as Caucasian, with short grey/black hair, blue eyes, 175cm tall, with a slim to medium build.
He was last seen wearing a black and white flannelette shirt, a black collared polo shirt, blue shorts, black socks and black runners with white soles.
