Police are appealing for public assistance to locate missing Brighton man Luigi.
The 85-year-old, who has dementia, was last seen leaving the Alfred Hospital in Melbourne about 9.45am on Wednesday 26 August.
Police and family have concerns for Luigi’s welfare due to his age and medical conditions.
Luigi also requires medication twice a day, which he does not have with him.
Police have released an image of Luigi in the hope that someone recognises him and can provide information on his whereabouts.
He is approximately 155cm tall and has a slim build.
Luigi was last seen wearing blue “Reebok” tracksuit pants and a matching blue jumper.
It is believed that Luigi might try to return to the Brighton and surrounding areas.
