Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate missing man Thomas.
The 95-year-old lives in Romsey but was last seen on Edinburgh Road, Blackburn about 8.30pm on 13 March.
Police and family have concerns for his welfare due to a medical condition.
Thomas may be driving a silver 2011 Mazda 323 with registration 1EW1OM.
Thomas is perceived to be of Caucasian appearance, with grey hair, and a slim build.
He was last seen wearing a suit and carrying a cane.
Investigators have released an image of Thomas in the hope that someone can provide information on his current whereabouts.
