Police are currently searching for missing 76-year-old Templestowe man Kat.
Officers and family have concerns for Kat’s welfare as he lives with dementia and could be confused by his surroundings.
Kat was last seen leaving a care facility on Serpells Road in Templestowe about 12pm on Saturday, 21 February.
It is believed Kat was heading in an easterly direction on foot.
Police have released images of Kat in the hope someone can provide information on his whereabouts.
The still image taken from CCTV depicts the clothing Kat was wearing the last time he was seen.
He is described as Asian in appearance and was last seen wearing a beige short-sleeve top, dark shorts, dark sock and shoes.
Anyone who sights Kat is urged to call Triple Zero (000).
