Police are currently searching for missing woman Jennifer.
The 64-year-old was last seen at Timbertop Drive in Mount Helen about 10pm on Tuesday, 28 March.
Police and family are concerned for Jennifer’s welfare due to her medical condition and has left without her mobile phone, keys and rain jacket.
Jennifer is described as about 165cm tall, of slim build with red and grey shoulder-length hair.
She was last seen wearing a black hoodie and multi-coloured leggings.
An image of Jennifer has been released in the hope someone will come forward with information about her current whereabouts.
