Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate missing woman Ruo Ying.
The 90-year-old was last seen on Brunswick Street, Fitzroy about 3pm today.
Police and family have concerns for her welfare due to medical conditions including dementia.
Ruo Ying was last seen wearing a red chequered long sleeve top, a grey vest, blue jeans, and grey sneakers.
She is described as approximately 150cm tall, with a medium build and grey hair.
Police have released an image of Ruo Ying in the hope that someone can provide information on her current whereabouts.
Anyone who sights Ruo Ying or has information on her whereabouts is urged to contact Fitzroy Police Station on (03) 9934 6400.
