Detectives from the Port Phillip Crime Investigation Unit are appealing for public assistance after a man exposed himself inside a taxi at St Kilda last month.
An unknown male hailed a taxi on St Kilda Road about 8.30pm on 11 July.
The male entered the vehicle and almost immediately exposed himself and started masturbating in the front passenger seat.
The driver told the male to exit the taxi and left the scene.
Police have released CCTV images of a male they believe could assist in their investigations into the matter.
