Northern Territory Police are seeking public assistance to locate a Darwin Correctional Centre prisoner who breached his leave permit and left Royal Darwin Hospital last night.
37-year-old Aaron Thompson was last seen at RDH at around 8:00pm.
He is not considered a risk to public safety, however police ask if anyone sees him not to approach but to instead contact police.
Police are conducting several lines of inquiry into Mr Thompson’s whereabouts. He is described as Indigenous, 177cm tall, black hair and with a solid build. He was last seen with a moon boot on his leg.
If anyone sees him, or knows of his whereabouts, is urged to contact police on 131 444 or report it anonymously through Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000.
