Northern Territory Police are calling for information in relation to an aggravated assault in Darwin City on Saturday.
At 4:50pm, an alleged offender seriously assaulted a victim known to him in the One Mile Dam town camp area, after the pair had been travelling through the Stuart Park residential area on e-scooters.
The partner of the victim was called, upon the man regaining consciousness, where he was picked up and taken to the Royal Darwin Hospital with serious injuries.
Detective Senior Sergeant Karl Day said “Police are seeking any information, particularly anyone with CCTV or dash cam footage around the Stuart Park residential area at the time of the incident.
“Anyone with information in relation to this incident is urged to call 131 444. Please quote reference number 10259227.
“The victim of this assault will have a long road of recovery ahead.”
