Northern Territory Police are calling for information after an assault in Tennant Creek overnight.
Around 10:15pm, police received reports that two males were fighting near the intersection of Peko Road and Ambrose Street, Tennant Creek.
One male received head injuries and is expected to require further medical treatment.
The second male was arrested at the scene and is assisting police with inquiries.
Police are urging anyone with information, particularly if you witnessed the incident, to make contact on 131 444.
