Brimbank Crime Investigation Unit detectives are investigating after a food truck fire in Sunshine North last night.
Emergency services were called McIntyre Road to reports of multiple explosions about 10.50pm.
Officers arrived to discover the food truck engulfed in flames.
The fire also damaged a nearby power pole causing electrical outages in the surrounding area.
Firefighters were able to extinguish the blaze.
The exact circumstances surrounding the fire are yet to be determined.
