Darebin Crime Investigation Unit are investigating a stabbing which occurred in Reservoir tonight (26 April).
The victim, a man who is yet to be formally identified was stabbed on Romsey Street about 7pm by an unknown man in dark clothing who immediately fled the area.
The victim has been transported to hospital in a life-threatening condition.
