Northern Territory Police are calling for witnesses after an assault in Moulden this morning.
At 6:15am, police received a report that a man was assaulted with an edged weapon on Melastoma Drive.
The offender fled the scene prior to police arrival.
St John Ambulance conveyed the man to Royal Darwin Hospital with serious injuries to his arm.
Detective Acting Senior Sergeant Andrew Kren said “Police are urging anyone with information, or if you observed anyone leaving the area around that time, to make contact on 131 444. Please quote reference 10144150.”
