Police seek witnesses to NORLANE COLLISION

Police are appealing for witnesses following a collision in Norlane on 15 June.

Officers observed a motorcycle displaying fraudulent number plates as it drove along the footpath of Foster about 4.40pm.

Police activated their lights and attempted to intercept the motorcycle.

The motorcycle pulled away and officers slowed and turned off their lights.

Moments later, the motorcyclist collided with a blue Mitsubishi Outlander station wagon on Yooringa Avenue at the intersection of Bingara Avenue.

The driver of the car, a 34-year-old Norlane man and his passenger, a 21-year-old Norlane woman, stopped at the scene.

They were uninjured in the incident.

Police are investigating the circumstances surrounding the collision with oversight from Professional Standards Command.
