Police are appealing for public assistance following two up-skirting incidents in South Morang in August.
Investigators have been told a man entered the change room at two clothing stores at a shopping centre sometime between 2pm and 3pm on 1 August.
Whilst in the change room, he placed his phone on the ground with the camera pointed toward the victim in the adjoining change room.
Investigators have released an image and CCTV of a man who may be able to assist with their enquiries.
He is perceived to be Middle Eastern in appearance, aged late 30s to 40s, with a shaved head and a solid build.
He was wearing a black jacket, dark top, dark jeans, black face mask and beige boots.
