Police seize more than 30 stolen vehicles and firearms in Pallara, QLD

Police have seized more than 30 stolen vehicles and firearms after conducting a search warrant of a Pallara property yesterday, August 19.

It will be alleged around 1pm, police sighted a stolen vehicle at a Sweets Road property, before locating a second stolen vehicle.

A search warrant was issued and police allegedly seized 31 stolen vehicles, including motorbikes, cars, a tipper truck, a tow truck and trailers.

A shipping container, excavator, power tools, quantity of drugs, two firearms, and a flame thrower were also seized.

A 43-year-old Gatton man has been charged with 22 counts of unlawful possession of motor vehicles and one count of possessing dangerous drugs.

He was remanded in custody and is expected to reappear before the Richlands Magistrates Court on September 23.

A 49-year-old Pallara woman has been charged with 22 counts of unlawful possession of motor vehicles.

She is expected to appear before the Richlands Magistrates Court on October 18.

A 41-year-old Pallara man was also arrested and is assisting police with enquiries.

Investigations are ongoing.
