Police are at the scene of a suspicious death at Northfield.
Just after 5.35pm on Saturday 17 June, police and emergency services were called to the Yatala Labour Prison on Grand Junction Road.
Major Crime detectives, forensic investigators and officers from the Police Corrections Section and Eastern District Criminal Investigation Branch are attending the scene.
