Police treating fire as suspicious at Woolloongabba, QLD

Police are appealing for witnesses after a warehouse was destroyed by fire at Woolloongabba yesterday evening.

Emergency services were called to the Ipswich Road address after smoke was seen coming from the building around 6.30pm.

The blaze was brought under control however the warehouse sustained significant damage.

No one was inside at the time.

The cause of the fire has not been determined and police are appealing for anyone who may have seen anything suspicious in the area at the time to come forward.
