Police treating house fire as suspicious at Darlington, South Australia

Police are investigating a suspicious house fire at Darlington this afternoon.

Just before 3pm, Saturday 13 July, Police and MFS were called to Aaron Avenue after reports of a house on fire.

Fire crews quickly extinguished the blaze which caused substantial damage to the house. The occupants were not home at the time of the fire.

Police believe the fire was deliberately lit and Fire Cause Investigators have attended to assist with the investigation. Southern District CIB are handling the investigation.
