Police update 1: Missing man at Kingaroy

Police have renewed their appeal for public assistance to help locate an item of interest, as part of their investigation into a missing 28-year-old man from Kingaroy.

Jayden Usher was last seen by family about 3am on October 5, on Booth Street.

Police and the man’s family hold concerns for his safety as his disappearance is out of character.

Officers are asking residents who live or walk around the southern area of Kingaroy, to keep an eye out for a missing black iPhone 15, that may have been discarded in a park, yard, bushes or drain.

Anyone who sees an item that fits that description is urged to contact police immediately.

Furthermore, police are asking anyone in the south Kingaroy area who has CCTV or dashcam, to check to see if their cameras captured any movement or anything suspicious between midnight and 6am on October 5.

Anyone who has seen Jayden, or knows his whereabouts, is also urged to contact police.

Jayden is described as 180cm tall, Caucasian with brown hair and blue eyes.
