Police have charged a 19-year-old man following an investigation into an alleged sexual assault at Fortitude Valley on New Year’s Day.
The Marsden man has been charged with rape and unlawful stalking.
He will appear before the Beenleigh Magistrates Court tomorrow (January 14).
