Police update 3: Fatal traffic crash at Pampas, QLD

Police investigating a fatal traffic crash that occurred at Pampas near Toowoomba on December 27, 2018 have charged a man.

At 5.10pm, two trucks travelling south on the Gore Highway collided with one another.

A seven-year-old boy who was a passenger in one of the vehicles was pronounced deceased at the scene.

The male drivers of both vehicles were transported to hospital for treatment with one man in a critical condition.

A 62-year-old Millmerran man died as a result of his injuries on January 25 at the Princess Alexandra Hospital.

A 31-year-old Helidon man has today been issued with a Notice to Appear at Millmerran Magistrates Court on the 20th September, for drive without due care and attention causing death.
