Northern Territory Police have charged a 21-year-old female following a fatal crash near Yulara last week.
The female was interviewed by Major Crash detectives at Alice Springs this afternoon and issued with a Notice to Appear for dangerous driving causing death.
The female is due to appear in Alice Springs Local Court on 23 November 2022.
Detective Senior Sergeant Brendan Lindner said, “This crash resulted in the death of a 31-year-old foreign national who was living and working at Yulara.
“Major Crash detectives have spoken to the deceased man’s family and are assisting to facilitate repatriation of his body back home to India.”
