Police are investigating a death on Main North Road, Blair Athol.
Just before 5pm Saturday 7 February, police and emergency crews responded to a man requiring medical assistance on Main North Road. Sadly, the 32-year-old Enfield man, passed away at the scene.
Due to the man interacting with police shortly before, this incident will be investigated as a death in custody.
The Internal Investigation Section attended the scene and the road remains closed.
