As a result of ongoing investigations by Gold Coast Water Police, a 16-year-old Mermaid Waters boy was charged yesterday, 7 October, with two counts of common assault and one count each of dangerous operation of a vehicle and wilful damage. He was dealt with under the provisions of the Youth Justice Act.
