Police update: Missing girl at Buderim

Investigators are continuing to seek public assistance to locate a 17-year-old girl who has been missing from Buderim for more than a week.

The teenager was last seen on March 26 when she left her Sunnyridge Rise address on foot.

Investigators hold concerns for her welfare and are appealing for anyone who may have seen her to contact police.

The girl’s current whereabouts are unknown, however, she is believed to still be in the Sunshine Coast area, possibly with people who are known to her.

She may seek assistance from members of the public.

She is described as Caucasian in appearance, approximately 165cm tall with long blonde hair and brown eyes.

Investigators are appealing for the girl or anyone with further information to contact police.
