Queensland Police are requesting residents in South Rockhampton to check their properties as the search for missing man Peter Roach continues today.
The 80-year-old was last seen yesterday, walking on Canning Street around 3:40pm and has not been seen or heard from since.
Police hold concerns for his welfare as he suffers from a medical condition which can cause him to suffer from confusion.
Peter is described as Caucasian in appearance with brown eyes, dark and grey hair. He was last seen wearing a grey jumper, maroon shirt with long blue pants, and brown shoes, as pictured below.
Police are asking members of the public, particularly in the South Rockhampton area, to check their properties to help assist with the search.
Anyone with information about his whereabouts is also urged to come forward immediately.
