Police update: Public appeal, Dangerous operation of motor vehicle at , QLD

Police have charged a 29-year-old man in relation to the alleged dangerous operation of a motor vehicle during a gender reveal at Marsden on September 11 this year.

It is alleged police obtained dash cam of a vehicle conducting a ‘burn-out’ on Burrinjuck Street and then Timberlee Drive, creating excessive noise and blue smoke which obstructed the visibility of other motorists on the public roadway.

A 29-year-old man from Loganlea has been charged with dangerous operation of a vehicle and fail to comply with notice (failed to nominate driver) under the provisions of the PPRA.

He is expected to appear in the Beenleigh Magistrates Court on December 1.
