Detectives from Logan District CIB have charged a 22-year-old Coomera man following a six-month investigation into a suspicious fire at a Windaroo shop on June 5, 2021.
Just before 11pm, police and emergency services were called to the shop on Carl Heck Boulevard.
A 22-year-old Coomera man has since charged with arson.
He has been remanded in custody and the matter will next be mentioned in Beenleigh Magistrates Court on January 5 (Wednesday.)
