Police have been given a notice to appear to two men following a disturbance at a Burleigh Heads venue last night, 15 October.
Initial investigations indicate about 11.10pm, a group of men became involved in a physical altercation at a business on Goodwin Terrace.
It will be alleged that during the altercation, two men sustained injuries.
Both men were transported to hospital in a stable condition.
A 19-year-old Burleigh Heads man and a 21-year-old Burleigh Heads man are facing offences of affray.
They have each been issued with a Notice to Appear at Southport Magistrates Court on 16 November.
Investigations are ongoing.
