In an eventful year that included a safe return to in-person activities, members of the University of Toronto community are being reminded to take pride in all they have accomplished in 2021.
In his annual holiday message, President Meric Gertler congratulates faculty, staff, students, alumni, partners and friends – and thanks them for their contributions to the fight against COVID-19, anti-Black racism, climate change and more.
“Congratulations on your many individual accomplishments and thank you for your contributions to our collective success,” the president says.
“I wish you a healthy and happy holiday season with family and friends, and all the best in the new year.”
