Quantify Technology Holdings Limited (ASX:QFY) (“Quantify Technology”, the “Company”) is pleased to announce it has entered into a distribution agreement (the “Agreement”) with Intelligent Home Technology Centre (“Intelligent Home”), for the distribution of the Company’s products in Western Australia, including installing, demonstrating and actively selling Quantify’s products through their display suite. The initial term of the Agreement is for one year which can be rolled over. Standard termination clauses exist on both sides.
Since 2000, Intelligent Home have completed over 50,000 installations in Perth, making them one of the largest smart wiring, home and building technology providers in Australia. They currently work with 8 of the 10 largest builders in Western Australia. Intelligent Home Director Brenton Morris and General Manager Paul Turnor are dedicated to designing and delivering streamlined, intuitive and easy-to-use home technology solutions. Mr Morris and Mr Turnor lead a team of over 100 experts with a proven track record of strong sales and long-term client relationships.
The Agreement with Intelligent Home, coupled with the previously announced agreements with Powerhouse Home Automation and Limitless Automation Pty Ltd, result in the Company now having three distributors actively selling Quantify’s products in Western Australia. Quantify is focused on signing up leading distributors across Australia to capture a significant proportion of the $1.8B pa market that is growing at 30% pa1. Arrangements with distributors in the other states are expected to be announced shortly.
