Goondiwindi case update
Queensland Health and the Darling Downs Public Health Unit has worked closely with the confirmed case which was announced this morning, and can confirm they were not infectious in the community.
The new case followed health advice once she was a confirmed close contact which has helped to protect the Goondiwindi community.
Northern Territory case update
Queensland Health has been in close contact with the Northern Territory Government and can confirm this person was not infectious while in Queensland, nor the index case for the Northern Territory outbreak.
The person travelled from Cairns to the Northern Territory on 29 October. This person did not become infectious until 3 November.
