Those people intending to travel to Kangaroo Island are asked to reconsider their plans in light of the bushfires.
Extensive road closures are in place to allow emergency service crews to move across the fire ground and to ensure safety of the public.

The Sealink Ferry is running as normal, but preference is being given to the transport of emergency service personnel and vehicles, so delays are expected for public travel.
