Nillumbik Mayor Ben Ramcharan said he was is thrilled to announce Fabian as the keynote speaker.
“Fabian is described as a force of nature, a catalyst for transformation, and a fierce advocate for progress in the practice of leadership and for women leading in significant numbers,” Cr Ramcharan said.
“A Nillumbik local for most of her life; she lives in the same house in Eltham that she grew up in, yet has a truly global footprint.”
Fabian is the founder of Dattner Group a cutting-edge leadership consultancy that specialises in empowering organisations through cultural transformation and elevating women’s visibility in leadership. She practices across Australia and increasingly in North & South America.
She is the co-founder, dreamer, and former CEO of Homeward Bound Projects – an extraordinary initiative that has captured global attention as the largest initiative in the world to elevate the visible leadership of women in STEMM.
Council’s flagship female business event is now in its fifth year at Eltham Community and Reception Centre. This year’s event will be held on Thursday 14 March from 10am – 2pm. Tickets include light refreshments, accompanied by locally produced beverages.
This event forms a part of the annual calendar of business events delivered by Council’s Economic Development and Tourism team for all businesses in the Shire.
