Returned traveller tests positive 9 November

A 29 year old male who arrived on the repatriation flight from London on Sunday 8 November has tested positive for COVID-19 while in quarantine at the Howard Springs Centre for National Resilience.

The man is well and asymptomatic and remains under the care of the AUSMAT team at the Centre for National Resilience.

This brings the total cases diagnosed in the Northern Territory to 41. All cases have been related to international or interstate travel, with no cases of community transmission.
