A motorcycle rider has died after a crash at a raceway in Sydney’s west today.
About 7.55pm (Wednesday 20 January 2020), emergency services were called to a motorsport circuit on Brabham Drive, Eastern Creek, following reports of a crash.
Police were told the man, aged 37, was riding a motorbike when he lost control and hit a barrier.
Despite efforts to revive him, he died at the scene.
Officers from Blacktown Police Area Command established a crime scene and will investigate the circumstances surrounding the incident.
A report will be prepared for the information of the Coroner.
