Port Stephens is currently experiencing heavy rain, which has caused the following hazards.
Road closures:
- Foreshore Drive, Corlette — road collapsed
- Kirrang Drive, Medowie
- Old Main Road, Anna Bay— tree over road
- Riverside Drive, Karuah
- Stockton Pond, Nelson Bay— near Moorooba Crescent
- Tomaree Headland — Shoal Bay Road to boat ramp
Water over the road:
- Dalton Street and Nelson Street, Nelson Bay
- Dowling Street, Nelson Bay
- Gan Gan Road, Anna Bay — at Main Road
- Kingfisher Reserve, Corlette
- Kingston Headland, Boat Harbour — potholes
- Leisure Drive, Salamander Bay — near Tomaree High
- Nelson Bay Road, Salt Ash — at Tilligerry Creek
- Wanda Avenue, Salamander Bay — near Wards Way
- Swan Bay Road, Swan Bay
Other closures:
- Fingal Bay boat ramp
- Mobile Library is closed and will not be visiting Medowie and Karuah Thursday 18 March 2021

- Samurai Beach
- Tomaree Library car park northern side
