Road toll revised after Murray Bridge investigation, South Australia

The death of a young man at Murray Bridge in August will not be counted on the State’s road toll.

An investigation into the death of the 19-year-old Millicent man, who was struck by a truck on the South Eastern Freeway on 23 August, has been determined to be due to other issues.

The number of lives lost on South Australian roads so far this year is 68. It was 83 at the same time last year.
