Police are appealing for public assistance following an armed robbery in Woodridge this morning.
Around 5.30am, a 74-year-old Woodridge man was stopped on Kingston Road by an unknown male wearing a balaclava and armed with a knife.
The offender demanded the man hand over keys to his vehicle before fleeing the scene in the man’s car, a red Nissan Navara dual cab utility.
The 74-year-old did not sustain any physical injuries in the incident.
Police are appealing to anyone who may have relevant information, footage or who believe they have seen the red Nissan bearing Queensland registration 927 TNR, to come forward.
