Yarra Valley Water will start construction of a new sewer and maintenance hole for Sienna Estate, Mount Waverley on Tuesday 10 March. This project will take approximately three weeks and is to better manage flows during wet weather events.
Some of the works take place near the Tally Ho Reserve and playground. For safety the footpath and steps leading to the reserve and playground will be closed intermittently and the contractor Veolia will have staff onsite to guide people through the construction area.
Water supply and sewerage services to residents will not be impacted by the works,
