A woman has died after a unit fire at Seddon this morning (13 September).
Emergency services were called to a unit complex on Geelong Road just before 9.30am.
The yet to be identified woman was rescued from the building and treated by paramedics, but sadly died at the scene.
The fire is not believed to be suspicious.
Police will prepare a report for the Coroner.
