A police officer has been charged by Professional Standards Command.
The Senior Constable from Western Region has been charged with pervert the course of justice, two counts of make a false document and two counts of use a false document.
The charges relate to incidence between 2015 and 2018.
He has been summonsed to appear at court at a later date.
The officer has been suspended with pay.
