Northern Territory Police are currently responding to a serious two-vehicle head-on collision on the Stuart Highway, approximately 2km south from the Marrakai Road intersection.
NT Police, NT Fire and Rescue Service, and St John Ambulance are on scene.
Both northbound and southbound lanes of the Stuart Highway are closed and are expected to remain closed for an extended period while emergency services respond.
Motorists are urged to delay travel and avoid the area if possible.
