Servo robbery at Modbury North

Police are investigating a servo robbery at Modbury North this morning.

About 6.10am on Wednesday 4 October, two men entered the service station on Montague Road, Modbury North and threatened the attendant with a knife.

They stole cash from the till and ran outside to a blue Ford Falcon sedan and drove off along Deborah Grove. The blue Ford, possibly an FG model, had black rims and no registration plates attached.

The staff member wasn’t physically injured during the robbery.

The suspects are described as aged in their early 20s, with slim builds, wearing grey and black hoodies and had their faces covered with masks.

Northern District CIB detectives and crime scene investigators attended the scene.
