This morning the severe weather warning for Mid North Coast, Hunter, Metropolitan and Illawarra locations has been cancelled and winter is officially here.
Some showers will continue along coast with a chance of isolated thunderstorms about the central and northern coast, however winds and large waves have eased.
Overnight NSW SES received a total 16 jobs since 7:30pm 4/6/2019.
Since the start of this weather event (Monday) the NSW SES has responded to over 540 jobs, locations impacted the most include:
- Sutherland – 50 jobs
- St Georges Basin – 24 jobs
- Shellharbour – 20 jobs
- Warringah-Pittwater – 20 jobs
