A man is believed to have died following a shark attack at Walkers Rocks Beach this morning.
About 10.10am today (Saturday 13 May) emergency services were called to Walkers Rocks Beach, about 7kms north of Elliston, following reports that a man had been attacked by a shark.
The 46-year-old Elliston man was surfing when he was attacked and he is now missing.
Police, SES and local members of the community are engaged in a search to locate him. No other persons were injured.
