Police are appealing for public assistance to help locate Sheik Yosif.
The 32-year-old is wanted on warrants in relation to contravention of a court order and assault matters.
Sheik is of African appearance with a thin build, approximately 185cm tall, brown eyes and short black hair.
He is known to frequent the Sunshine, Melton, Footscray and Point Cook areas.
Investigators have released an image of Sheik in the hope someone may be able to provide information on his current whereabouts.
