Shoalhaven’s Future Services, Programs and Projects

Now is your chance to have your say on the services, programs and projects Shoalhaven City Council is planning for the coming financial year.

Council is seeking feedback on the Draft Delivery Program, Operational Plan and Budget 2020/21, which includes Council’s proposed fees and charges.

The draft Plan outlines how Council is working towards achieving the community’s and long-term vision for our region. The aim is to deliver infrastructure and services which creates a safe and attractive community for people to live, work, stay and play in. Council plans to create a sustainable future, where growth, development and environmental protection are support our unique and relaxed lifestyle

Council is committed to delivering valuable infrastructure and services to the community in 2020/21 and proposed to invest $120 million in capital works including, play equipment, footpaths, safe roads, improved car parks, bridges, boating and sports field amenities.

The Draft Delivery Program, Operational Plan and Budget 2020/21 details the major projects, COVID-19 Assistance Package and the measures Council will take to work with the community to recover from the recent disasters and to mitigate the impact of these crises now and into the future.

All feedback will be considered before the Delivery Program, Operational Plan and Budget 2020/21 is formally adopted by Council.
